A rich-text formatting toolbar: undo/redo, a block menu that previews each style, bold/italic/underline/strike/code toggles, link, a highlighter with swatches, lists and alignment, with tooltips naming every shortcut. Groups fold into a More menu as it narrows. Editor-agnostic: pass state, handle onAction with Tiptap, Lexical or your own. Base UI Toolbar with roving arrow keys.
