App Menubar

A desktop-style application menubar with File, Edit, View and Help: right-aligned shortcuts, Open recent, Export and Find submenus, checkbox items and a radio group, and disabled states. Hover or arrow keys move across the bar once a menu is open. Entries are data, and checkbox and radio state is one controllable record. Base UI Menubar.
