Santa Hat

Tinsel pack asset: a soft velvet Santa hat with a fluffy fur brim and a pompom on its floppy tip. Every five seconds it hops, and the tip swings over and back on a loose spring; it leans away from your cursor. Raymarched in WebGL with a real ground shadow. Six palettes or your own colors.
