# Threshold Chart

> Actual-versus-target line chart: the gap between the lines is shaded blue where you're ahead and red where you're behind, split exactly at each crossing. A hit strip marks every period, the header counts periods ahead and the net variance, and the crosshair reads actual, target and the signed gap. Handles ramping plans and lower-is-better metrics.

## Install

One-time setup (needs a subscription):

1. Add the registry to the project's `components.json`: `{"@assembli":{"url":"https://www.assembli.design/r/{name}.json","headers":{"Authorization":"Bearer ${ASSEMBLI_API_KEY}"}}}` (merge into `"registries"`).
2. Put an API key from https://www.assembli.design/account in `.env.local` as `ASSEMBLI_API_KEY=asm_…`.

Then install with the shadcn CLI (writes `components/threshold-chart/threshold-chart.tsx` and installs dependencies):

```bash
npx shadcn@latest add @assembli/threshold-chart
```

Registry item JSON: https://www.assembli.design/r/threshold-chart.json (send `Authorization: Bearer <api key>`)

## Code
