# Phone Sign-in

> Sign in with a phone number and a texted code. A searchable country list (names, ISO codes or +44; arrow keys, Enter, Escape) sits on the field, and the number formats as you type in that country's style, drops a trunk zero and accepts pasted international numbers. The code step auto-submits, counts down to a resend and then offers a call instead.

## Install

One-time setup (needs a subscription):

1. Add the registry to the project's `components.json`: `{"@assembli":{"url":"https://www.assembli.design/r/{name}.json","headers":{"Authorization":"Bearer ${ASSEMBLI_API_KEY}"}}}` (merge into `"registries"`).
2. Put an API key from https://www.assembli.design/account in `.env.local` as `ASSEMBLI_API_KEY=asm_…`.

Then install with the shadcn CLI (writes `components/phone-sign-in/phone-sign-in.tsx` and installs dependencies):

## Code
