A Linear-style issue list as a real table: rows grouped by status, priority or assignee under sticky headers that collapse, with inline status, priority and assignee pickers that move a row to its new group. Keyboard first (j/k, x, shift to extend, Enter to peek, 1–6 for status). Inline create per group, a Display menu and a bulk edit bar.
