An onboarding picker for topics, cuisines or skills. Each picked chip fills with its own colour while its plus folds into a tick, a segmented meter counts towards `min`, and at `max` the rest dim and a tap shakes the counter. Toggle buttons with aria-pressed, controlled or uncontrolled.
