A mail-style message list like Gmail's. Avatars turn into checkboxes on hover, shift-click selects a run, and the toolbar swaps to bulk actions. Hovering a row trades its time for archive, read and snooze buttons, and removed rows fold away with an Undo. Keyboard first: j and k move, x selects, e archives, s stars, u toggles read, # deletes. Unread rows are bold, grouped under "Today".
