Torus

Flux pack: a fat torus of liquid satin whose skin rolls in waves that travel round the ring and through its hole at once, so the colored light pours along it like liquid circling a drain. A tap sends a ripple bursting round the ring and lets it settle. Raymarched in WebGL.
