Lagoon creature

Boo pack character: a creature from the lagoon with fine scales, a pale plated belly, fanned fins, gill slits, flipper feet and big pouty lips. It sways as if still underwater, fins fanning and gills flaring, with bubbles trickling up; every few seconds it puffs its cheeks and blows one big bubble. Eyes follow your cursor, and a tap puffs it up like a pufferfish. Raymarched in WebGL, six palettes.
