Arc Carousel

Photos ride the rim of a giant wheel whose hub sits below the frame, like plates on a specimen dial. Drag with inertia, scroll or use the arrow keys to turn it. The centre plate lifts out of the arc, a ring of ticks turns underneath, and the title swaps with a blur-and-tracking morph over a wash of the active photo's colours.
